In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union, "Sciens International Investments and Holding S.A." announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated February 05, 2008 and the Board of Directors' resolutions dated March 5, 2008 and September 30, 2008, and in accordance with article 16 of L. 2190/1920, during the period from 01.07.2009 to 07.07.2009 acquired in total 58,415 own shares through "MERIT Securities A.E.P.E.Y." at the average purchase price of euro 0.62 per share and total value of the transaction of euro 36,165.30.
