ALUMIL ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW SUBSIDIARY
ALUMIL MILONAS S.A. informs the investor's public that within the framework of its expansion to the rapidly developing sector of Renewable Energy Sources, it proceeded to the establishment of ALUMIL SOLAR S.A., which will mainly operate from Athens, Greece. The Company's share capital is approximately euro 60 thousand, and ALUMIL MILONAS S.A. holds 90% of its shares. Mr. George Milonas is the Company's President, whilst the position of the Company's Chief Executive Officer was appointed to Mr. Apostolos Kavakas (ALUMIL MILONAS's executive member)
The new Company's object is to trade aluminium bearings for every type of photovoltaic frames for parks and roofs, photovoltaic panels, which can be embodied on buildings (curtain walls, atriums, pergolas etc), as well as the provision of complete solutions through ALUMIL's established network especially abroad.
ALUMIL SOLAR S.A. participates to the International Photovoltaic and Solar Architectural systems exhibition Intersolar 2009, from the 27th until the 29th of May held at the International Exhibition Center of Munich, Germany.
