VIOHALCO SA, throughout its subsidiaries ALCOMET SA and DIATOUR SA holds 82,724,032 voting rights in ELVAL's share capital meaning 66.66% of the total voting rights of amount 124,100,815 in relation with 79,554,703 voting rights of total 124,060,815 (64.13%) that held according to ELVAL's last announcement dated on November 18, 2004. ALCOMET SA holds 3,023,056 shares and relevant voting rights (2.44% of share capital) and DIATOUR SA 238,883 shares and relevant voting rights (0.19% of share capital).
