Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007
S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and article 13 of Law 3340/2005 that the following executives and executive members of the BoD were awarded shares arising from the share capital increase through capitalisation of undistributed tax profits:
