Resolution
The Board of Directors of "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A., after the sad news of the sudden death of its Chairman, KONSTANTINOS KYRIAKIDES, convened in an extraordinary meeting and resolved:
1. To pay its condolences to the family of the deceased.
2. To be present in the funeral in full body.
3. To put up the flags of Greece and of the Company half-mast at the Company's head-office, at all stores and all the operating centers.
4. Instead of funeral wreath, to bestow the amount of euro 10.000 in favour of "M.D.A. HELLAS" and "FRIENDS OF CARE" foundations
5. To publish the present resolution in the press.
