MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr Fotios Spirakos person obligated to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, bought, on April 24th, 2009, 2,000 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 8,808.52. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
