SIDENOR S.A. informs the investment community that, pursuant to the provisions of articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007, in conjunction with the provisions of article 11 of the decision of 1/434/03.07.2007 of the HCMC BoD, Mr. Constantinos Natsis Chief Financial Officer of the Company (as a person liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) proceeded on 4/5/2009 to the sale of 5,000 common registered voting shares of SIDENOR SA of a total value amounting EUR 20,350.
