Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic, the Company) announces, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the European Commission and pursuant to relevant resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders dated 27 April 2009 and of its Board of Directors dated 30 April 2009, that on 22 June 2009 it bought back 30,000 shares at an average price of euro 13,6855 per share, with a total value of euro 410,565.56. The shares were purchased through National P&K Securities S.A.
