Ex-dividend date and distribution of dividend for 2008
The Annual General Meeting of J&P-AVAX SA's shareholders, held on June 24, 2009, unanimously approved the distribution of a euro 0.05 dividend per share for fiscal year 2008. The net dividend amounts to euro 0.045 per share, after 10% withholding tax as per Law 3697/2008.
Shareholders on the Company's registry at the close of the Athens Stock Exchange session on June 30, 2009 (record day) are entitled to the dividend. Dividends for fiscal year 2008 will be paid into shareholders' broker accounts on July 06, 2009 by Piraeus Bank.
