(hereinafter "the Issuer") announces, in accordance to Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/03.07.07 of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Circular 33 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 20.3.2009 MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD notified to the Issuer that on 17.03.2009 its total percentage on the share capital and total voting rights of the Issuer came up to 5,31% (before the triggering transaction its total holding was below minimum threshold), corresponding to 564.717 shares and voting rights held indirectly by said company through the following controlled undertakings, under the sense of article 3, paragraph 1 (c) (aa) of Law 3556/2007: MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A., MARFIN G.A.M. MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY S.A.
