Participation in a hospital in Larissa

Euromedica S.A. would like to inform its shareholders and investors that it reached to an agreement of acquiring the 35% of the company CENTRAL MEDICAL SERVICES S.A. which runs the LARISSA HYGEIA Hospital in the city of Larissa, housed in a stand-alone building covering 2,500 m2 with obstetrics, gynaecology, newborn and surgical departments, an intensive care unit and x-ray department. That holding was acquired for euro 620,000. The remaining 65% belongs to obstetricians - gynaecologists from Larissa. Moreover, Euromedica S.A. will participate in that company's share capital increase by subscribing shares worth euro 200,000.
At the same time, it plans to refurbish the two hospitals it already runs in Larissa, EUROMEDICA THEOTOKOS and EUROMEDICA KYANOUS STAVROS. This new holding extends Euromedica Group's network of hospitals in Thessaly where it already has a general hospital, an obstetrics hospital, a neuropsychiatric hospital, eight medical centres and four rehabilitation centres. Overall the Euromedica Group's network consists of 84 medical units: 18 hospitals, 57 medical centres and 9 rehabilitation and recovery units located across all over Greece along with 5 medical centres that are in operation in Albania.
