SARANTIS SA announces that, in effect of its share buyback program approved by the shareholders' EGM dated 02/06/2008, on 19/03/2009 proceeded to the purchase of 55,630 common registered shares of GR. SARANTIS SA. Following the aforementioned transaction, the company holds 5.03% of its share capital (from 4.89% before the transaction).
