The said asset is a ground floor retail space with basement and mezzanine, with total surface of 433,5sqm.
The price for the property was agreed at ευρώ 990.000.
The market value, as of 31/03/09, was euro 811.420.
The realized profit from the sale of the property is euro 823.019.
From this amount euro 644.439 have already been included in the financial results of the Company as fair value gain during the holding period of the property and the amount of euro 178.579 will be recognized in the financial results of the second quarter of 2009.
