The Bank of Cyprus Group announces the following new top organisational structure of the Group which is aimed at improving the organisation and achieving further synergies between the various units of the Group, especially taking into account the geographic expansion of the Group to the new markets (Russia, Romania and Ukraine) and in light of the forthcoming retirement of Mr. Antonis Jacouris, Group General Manager International Business & Operations.
The new organisational structure is as follows:

The above organisational structure will take effect as of 1 September 2009.
Mr Antonis Jacouris, Group General Manager International Business & Operations, who joined the Bank of Cyprus Group in 1980 will retire at the end of 2009. The Board of Directors and Executive Management of the Group praise the valuable and substantial contribution of Mr. Jacouris in all the crucial positions he has held in his many years of service in the Group.
