GEK TERNA S.A., informs Investors, according to article 19 §2 of L. 3556/2007 and the Athens Exchange Regulation, that the draft with the proposed expansion of the corporate objective and the relevant amendment of article 2 of the Articles of Association, has been posted on the Company's website www.gekterna.gr in view of the Company's upcoming Annual Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting that will take place on 25 June 2009.
