In accordance with article 16 of the law 2190/1920 the Board of Directors of the Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that, following the decision of the Company's Annual General Assembly on 18.06.2009, intends to acquire up to up to 10% of the Company's share capital, excluding already own shares, namely 4,549,267 shares for a lowest price of euro 3.0 and a highest price of euro 17.0, during the period 19.06.2009 and 17.06.2010. Considering also the low liquidity of the share, it might exceed the limit of 25% of the average daily volume, as such volume is specified under paragraph 2 of article 5 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003. The potential deviation shall in no case exceed 50% of the daily volume, as such volume is specified by the above-mentioned article.
