The management of BVIC S.A. sent an extrajudicial notice to the Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works, by which, without prejudice to the company's rights, it requires that the Ministry does not proceed with the issuance of a permit for the excavation and foundation work and other construction work for the Panathinaikos FC stadium, prior to the issuance of a final decision by the Council of State, allowing the construction of a shopping mall, according to article 12, paragraph 2b of Law 3481/2006, that is to say with a building coefficient of 1.6 and commercial uses.
