We would like to inform the investment community that the new Board of Directors of the Company formed into a body on June 19th 2009 and elected Mr Emanuele Grimaldi, as Chairman, Mr. Konstantinos Mamalakis, as Vice Chairman and Mr Antonis Maniadakis Managing Director.
The composition of the new Board of Directors is as follows:
