It is announced that at the 29.04.2009 Board of Directors' Meeting of ASPIS BANK SA, the Board of Directors of the Bank was incorporated into a body, following also the approval of the election of a new member in replacement of another one resigned, as well as the election of additional members in the Board by the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders which took place on 29.04.2009.
The composition of the Board of Directors is the following:
- Stavropoulos Dionysios-Ioannis, son of Ioannis: Chairman, non-executive member
- Sorotos Christos, son of Georgios: Vice-Chairman, Managing Director, executive member
- Mallouchos Nikolaos, son of Efstathios: Executive member
- Goumas Demetrios, son of Georgios: Non-executive, independent member
- Dalakidis Vasileios, son of Miltiadis: Non-executive, independent member
- Moustakis Nikolaos, son of Georgios: Non-executive, independent member
- Tamvakakis Faidon, son of Demetrios: Non-executive, independent member
- Apostolopoulos Vasileios, son of Ioannis: Non-executive, independent member
