DOL SA announces that on 01.06.2009, the Hellenic Competition Commission was notified on the media concentration according to which Lambrakis Press SA submitted for approval the notarial deed 9941/20-05-2009 concerning the acquisition of 25.000 shares of the company Marie Claire Hellas SA that were owned by Marie Claire Album SA representing 50% of the share capital of the company.
