ELLAKTOR SA announces to the investment community, pursuant to paragraph (ic), article 2 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD decision 3/347/12.07.2005, that has proceeded with the issuance of a bond loan amounting to euro 50 million, in order to ensure financing of its investment program. The bond loan has 3-year maturity and it was issued in cooperation with Emporiki Bank of Greece SA. and Emporiki Bank Cyprus Limited.
