"ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. informs the investors that, after the sudden death of the Chairman of the BoD, Konstantinos Kyriakides, the Board of Directors in its meeting of 30/04/2009 elected as Chairman Mr Pierre-Oliver Becker formerly deputy chairman of the BoD.
The new constitution of the Board of Directors that will be proposed for approval by the next Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is as follows:

2. Konstantinos Macheras, Executive Member as Chief Executive Officer
3. Renaud Cogels, non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors
4. Michael Waller, non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors
5. Nicolas F.V.P.M. Hollanders de Ouderaen, non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors
6. Tryfon Kollintzas, independent non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors
7. Αlexandros Fylaktopoulos, independent non-Executive Member of the Board
