The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 19.6.2009, aiming to optimize the day-to-day business and to make decision making more efficient:
Assinged to Mr Ch. Lambrakis, Mr St. Psycharis, Mr. I. Manos, Mr N. Pefanis and Mr P. Psycharis the extended duties of legal representatives, acting together and signing at least any three of them any corporate documents for transactions up to 3.000.000 euros.
Constituted a new Business Development Center, headed by Mr. P. Psycharis, supervising the Commercial Department (Marketing, Sales, Ad Desk), as well as the Circulation Officevand the Complimentary Sales. Mr. P. Psycharis also retains the position of the Head of the Digital Media Business Unit
Constituted a Management Committee and appointed Mr St. Psycharis as President, Mr P. Kapsis as Vice-President and members Mr Chr. Memmis, Mrs Molly Andrianou, Mr St. Nezis, Head of the Media Subsidiaries Business Unit and Executive Consultant of the Management, as well as the General Manager of the Corporate Center Mr N. Pefanis and the General Manager of the Business Development Center Mr. P. Psycharis
