In response to press releases published on the web and in response to a relevant question submitted by the Capital Markets Commission, the management of BVIC S.A. would like to clarify that the positions and forms of cooperation, that were discussed with the lending banks, included the transfer of the asset at Votanikos to a special purpose vehicle (SPV), that would be a subsidiary 100% owned by the company (and not by members of the Vovos family), without any final agreement having been reached to date.
