'Babis Vovos International Construction SA' announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 17 March, 2009 FIL Limited (FIL) gave it notice that on 16 March, 2009 the total percentage of shares held by FIL Limited (FIL) was decreased from 10.05% to 9.99%.
