Τhe Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Attica Holdings S.A. approved the Board's proposition for the dividend for 2008 at Euro 0.07 per share.
Attica's shares will trade ex-dividend as of Monday, 20th July, 2009. Entitled to dividend are the shareholders registered in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) on the 'record date' Wednesday, 22nd July, 2009.
The dividend payment will commence on Tuesday, 28th July, 2009.
The dividend will be paid through MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., as per below:
1. The custodians of shareholders (custodians and securities firms) via the Custodian Services division and the Shareholders Department of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., 141, Papadiamantopoulou Street, Ambelokipi 11527, tel.: +30 210 7475113 and +30 210 7710383, contact persons: Messrs. E.Xidis and I. Sgagias.
2. The Shareholders who have not authorised their custodians can collect payment of the dividend via the branch network of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., by presenting their I.D. as well as their particulars in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS).
The payment of the dividend may be made to a third party provided that the third party has been authorized so in writing by the beneficiary Shareholder and the authenticity of the shareholder's signature has been certified by the Police or any other competent Authority.
The payment of the dividend via MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., will last until 30th July, 2010. After 30th July, 2010, payment will take place only at the Company's offices.
