In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders, held on 18th June 2009, the total dividend for the financial year 2008 has been set at euro 0.50 per share. A 10% dividend tax will be applied on the dividend, therefore after tax dividend per share is set at euro 0.45.
Beneficiaries of the dividend will be shareholders registered in the DSS on July 16th 2009 (Record Date). From July 14th 2009 the Company's shares will go ex dividend.
The dividend payment will commence on Tuesday, July 21st, 2009 through PIRAEUS BANK (Department of Institutional Investors of PIRAEUS BANK, 142 Suggrou St., Kallithea, 17671, tel. +30 210 32 88 747), during normal working days and hours, (8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.).
