The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 19.6.2009, in the context of Lambrakis Press disinvesting from activities not related to the company s primary business sector and the re-organization of the company s portfolio of investments in companies outside the media sector, resolved on the transfer of 49% of the share capital of the subsidiary company EUROSTAR SA, running the travel agency Travel Plan, to the company FIRST LEISURE WORLD LIMITED (FLW) for a consideration of 5.000.000 euros. After the the sale of 49% DOL SA will maintain a majority stake of 51%. The main shareholder of FLW is Mr. V. Restis, who is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Lambrakis Press. As a result and according to the provisions of Law 2190/1920 for Corporate Entities, the resolution of Lambrakis Press to sell the afore-mentioned shares to FLW is subject to the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly of 13.7.2009.
