Following the announcement of the company on March 23rd 2009 concerning the Financial Calendar of the year 2009 and according to article 4.1.4.3.1 par.2 of ATHEX Regulation SingularLogic SA announces that the Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 26th 2009, instead of the originally announced Tuesday, May 19th 2009.
