Completion of the regular tax audit for the fiscal years 2001 - 2006.

In accordance to article 4.1.3.1, par. ib of Athens Exchange Regulation and article 10 par. 1 of Law 3340/2005, EUROPEAN RELIANCE S.A. announces that the regular tax audit for six fiscal years (2001 - 2006) has been completed. The audit judged the books of the company to be sufficient and correct. The audit resulted in an additional tax charge of euro 898.381,00. The aforementioned amount will affect the results of fiscal year 2009. It is mentioned that after the completion of the tax audit the company will have a tax return of euro 657.365,94.
