Capital increase of subsidiary companies
Attica Holdings S.A. announces the participation in the capital increase of its two wholly owned subsidiary companies, namely BLUE STAR MARITIME COMPANY and BLUE STAR FERRIES MARITIME COMPANY of total amount Euro 26.55mln. The two subsidiary companies will be the ship owning companies of two new fast car-passenger ferries following the recent agreement with Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. (DSME), Korea. Τhe capital increase is principally aiming to the funding of the building of the two new vessels.
The share capital of BLUE STAR MARITIME COMPANY and BLUE STAR FERRIES MARITIME COMPANY is Euro 13.305mln and 13.255mln respectively.
