HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 4 par.4 of Commission Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Communities and article 16 of l. 2190/1920 "regarding Societ's Anonymes" as it stands, that the Company has proceeded during the period of 1st of January till 30th of April 2009, to the purchase of totally 18,568 own shares, through the securities company "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." with an average purchase price Euro 0.51 per share, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 23rd May 2008 and the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 26th December 2008.
