By virtue of Article 2 par. 2 case (e) of Decision No 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission and the prevailing stock market legislation, SIDENOR SA announces that pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors dated 15/06/2009, Mr. Michael Giourmetakis was appointed as the new Internal Auditor in replacement of Mr. Augustos Mylonas and Mr. Prodromos Kopsiaftis was appointed as the new Shareholders Services Manager in replacement of Mrs. Vassiliki Georgopoulou.
