The company "ELBISCO S.A. HOLDING", based on the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1. of Athens Exchange rule book and pursuant to the article 10, para 1 of Law 3340/2005, informs the investors that the regular tax audit of the company MORNOS S.A. for the fiscal years 2006 and 2007 has been completed. The company MORNOS S.A. participates in the consolidated financial statements of the issuer under the method of full consolidation. The tax authorities recognized accounting differences equal to euro 3,012,207 concerning the aforementioned company plus the non-recognized tax losses equal to euro 961,704 concerning the company under the name "E. DANIEL & CO S.A." which in 2005 was merged through absorption by the company "PERIPACK S.A." that has been absorbed by MORNOS S.A. during the year 2006. The company PERIPACK S.A. has been audited for all its financial years and the tax authorities charged the company additional taxes equal to euro 41,326. The tax authorities charged the company MORNOS S.A. with additional taxes of euro 697,548. These tax charges are not going to have a negative impact in the company's result for the year ending 31/12/2009 since adequate provisions have been charged during the previous years.
