INTRASOFT International gains dominant position in the SAP market after taking over the clientele of LAVISOFT S.A.
INTRASOFT International, a subsidiary company of Intracom IT Services, within the framework of its strategy for dynamic expansion in the SAP market, recently acquired the respective clientele of LAVISOFT S.A., thus becoming one of the most powerful and dynamic partners in the Greek SAP market. The price has initially been agreed at 2.5 million Euro and will be re-evaluated and finalized during 2010, on the basis of the results achieved.
INTRASOFT International's SAP Business Unit, employing today over 50 experts, provides services and SAP solutions to more than 70 enterprises. This clientele consists of Greek SMEs and Large Enterprises, as well as large multinational organisations active in a wide range of market segments. INTRASOFT International, recently nominated SAP GOLD Channel Partner, offers integrated solutions, implementing a wide range of SAP solutions, from the traditional ERP applications to Business Intelligence, CRM, Exchange Infrastructure and Portal Solutions.
