The company DIAS AQUACULTURE SA, announces pursuant to L.3556/2007, decision 1/434/2007 and Circular No. 33 of the Capital Market Commission and following notification received on June 17th, 2009 by the company BPA FONS SA, that on June 16th, 2009 the aforementioned company proceeded to the purchase of DIAS shares, and as a result, its total number of shares and total number of voting rights amount to 1.471.500 or 7,56% on DIAS' total number of shares and total number of voting rights, above minimum threshold for notification.
