According to Law 3340/2005 and the decisions 3/347/2005 and 5/204/2000 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, as in force and paragraphs 4.1.3.1. point e) and 4.1.3.6. of the Rule Book of the Athens Exchange, following relevant communication, the Company's Basic Shareholder, Emirates International Telecommunications LLC (EIT), denies the content of today's article in the newspaper "Kathimerini" under the title "The Arabs leave Forthnet", signed by V. Mandravelis regarding an alleged divestment of EIT in Forthnet as untrue and inaccurate, reiterating at the same time EIT's appreciation for the progress that Forthnet Group has achieved in such a short time.
Furthermore EIT would like to state its satisfaction for today's successful conclusion of the collective agreement for the Super League's football TV rights for the period 2009-2012, as this agreement will help both Forthnet and Nova platforms to achieve their long term strategic targets.
