Announcement.
MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces that its Board of Directors that met on 21.12.2009 decided the following:
-The change of International Operations Manager since 01.01.2010. The Business Unit for International Operations shall be run by Mr. Theodoros Papadopoulos, who shall report to the companys C.E.O. Mr. Papadopoulos has been working for the company since 2002, in the broader field of parts, lubricants and accessories, his most recent position being that of Group Product Manager. Mr. Papadopoulos has contributed decisively in the development of the aforementioned activities.
-The current International Operations Manager, Mr. Petros-Ioannis-Constantinos Schilizzi, who successfully led an in-depth reorganization of the companys operations in Romania and Bulgaria, shall take over the position of Operations Manager, since 01.01.2010, being responsible for Logistics services, Warehouse and Facilities Management. Mr. Schilizzi shall report to the companys C.E.O.
-Furthermore, the companys Internal Operation Regulation was modified, with the addition of an I.T. Department in the companys organisation, which shall better support the companys daily operation. Mr. Efstathios Anagnou was appointed I.T. Manager for the aforementioned Department.
