New $10 million export achievement for INTRACOM Defense Electronics in a NATO Program
ΙNTRACOM Defense Electronics, the largest defense electronic systems manufacturer in Greece, expands its participation in the surface-to-air NATO ESSM program (Evolved SeaSparrow Missile) by undertaking the production of additional telemetry units, as well as electronic subsystems of the guidance section. The total value of the project is $10 million and it will be completed gradually during 2011 and 2012.
Since 1995 INTRACOM Defense Electronics has been participating in the ESSM program by designing and developing electronic systems of the missile. The company's high quality standards coupled with its manufacturing capabilities have established INTRACOM Defense Electronics as a reliable partner in the successful long term international course of the ESSM program.
