Michaniki SA announces that on 20.10.2009 were completed the sales of own common shares according to the Board of Directors resolution on 02.10.2009. Specifically, 584,567 own common shares have been transferred trough the Athens Stock Exchange and the average price sale of the abovementioned shares came up to 1,69 euro per share. Accordingly, the company no longer holds treasury stock.
