We firmly decline the recent articles in the financial press according to which HYGEIA Group has submitted an offer in order to acquire a stake in the maternity hospital named "REA", which is under construction. Furthermore, the allegedly offer of euro 20 per share reported in the article is multiple of the paid share capital of the company, something that cannot be justified for a company that hasn?t started its operations yet. We wonder how "wishful thinking" becomes "news" even into reputable newspapers
