"Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A.", according to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of Capital Market Commission, notifies that "Credit Agricole S.A." (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), acquired, on 17.12.2009, 29,155 common registered shares of "Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A." with a total net value of euro 131,771.85.
