Notification of Significant Transaction According to the Regulations of Law 3556/2007.

NIREUS SA notifies that Mr Christos Triantafillou, Executive Member of the BoD sold on the 24th of August 2009 6.000 shares of total value 5.340,00 euros. Mr Triantafillou is required to notify his transactions, according to Law 3340/2005. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the HMC 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11).
