DIAS AQUACULTURE SA ιn accordance with the provisions of article 9 par. 5 of Law 3556/2007 informs the investors that after the completion of the share capital increase, resolved on the General Shareholder's Meeting of 30.06.2009, the company's share capital amounts to EUR 11.433.337,49 divided to 24.326.250 common registered shares, of nominal value EUR 0,47 each.
