Athens Medical Center SA, announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mr. Antonios Geronikolaou, General Director of Primary Healthcare of the Company (person specified by article 13 of L. 3340/2005), purchased 10.000 Athens Medical SA common shares on 30th of November 2009 of total value 13.000,00 Euros.
