MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. GROUP OF COMPANIES is notifying the investors that by resolution no. 26/14.10.2009 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee it was resolved: a) To authorise the Company for the disposal of 5,212 common registered shares, as a result of the merger by acquisition of the companies ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A. and DELTA MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATED PROJECTS S.A. by the Company; b)The appointment of the INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A. as the member authorised to dispose the aforementioned shares; c) The disposal of the shares shall be conducted on Tuesday 20 October 2009 in accordance with article 2.3.6 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation. The open price for the disposal of the shares may not be less in percentage than two percent (2%) of the closing price of the session immediately preceding the disposal. The Company shall announce the outcome of each disposal period. Upon the completion of the procedure, it shall notify by letter its shareholders-beneficiaries of the outcome of the disposal, the amount that will be deposited for them with the Deposit and Loans Fund, as well as of the procedure, including the supporting documents required so that they may collect the said amount.
