The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 10/11/09 to the purchase of 750 (seven hundred and fifty) common shares at the price of 5.02 euros (five euros and two cents) of total value 3,767.10 euros (three thousand seven hundred sixty seven euros and ten cents).
