Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces that during the meeting of its Board of Directors on 10/11/2009 it was decided the replacement of Mr. Nikolaos Anastassopoulos, executive member of the BoD and CEO with Mr. George Anomeritis who was appointed as executive member of the BoD and was assigned CEO duties.
The election will be submitted for approval to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company?s Shareholders on 7/12/2009.
