ALUMIL S.A., announces the completion of the merger between the Group's subsidiaries, with the absorption of "ALUMIL COATING SRB" from "ALUMIL YU INDUSTRY". This action was concluded within the framework of the general operational re-organization plan, aiming to the creation of economies of scale within the Group.
It should be noted that this action did not significantly influence the Group's financial position. -----------------------------------
