The Board of Directors of the company Michaniki SA announces that on 02.10.2009 took the decision to proceed to the sale of the own common shares of the company. More specific, the company will proceed to the sale of 584,567 common own shares with the lowest sale price at euro 1.50 per share. The sale will start 06.10.09 until 31.12.09. The common shares have been obtained through the Athens Stock Exchange according to the decision -since 10.07.2007- of the extraordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of the company and after the decision of the Board of Directors on 11/07/2007.
